Orders

1. How do I order your products?

Simply add products and quantity to the shopping cart and click check out. We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal and Amazon Payment.

2. How do I cancel my order?

Send an email to info@remedinature.co.uk and our friendly customer support team will promptly assist you. However, please be aware that cancellations may not be available if your package is already shipped. If you would like to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please review our return policy and take the necessary steps to proceed with a  product return.

3. When will you despatch my order?

Orders will normally be despatched within 1 working day of receipt.

Delivery Times

We ship your order with Royal Mail First Class. 

To Mainland UK:
Orders shipped within the mainland UK will usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
Orders shipped outside of mainland UK will arrive within 7-10 days.
To Europe:
Orders shipped to Europe will arrive within 7-22 working days.

Return and Refund

1. What happen if I receive damaged items?

We always try our best to ensure your goods get to you in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that your goods have been damaged in transit, please contact our friendly customer support with your order ID or your name and address and a photo of the damaged goods. 2. I no longer want the product I ordered. Can I return it?

Yes. Please contact our customer support team with your order ID or your name and address. Our friendly team member will assist you further. 3. Is it easy to return an item?

Yes. Just send us an email. Our team member will provide you with step-by-step, easy-to-follow instructions.

4. How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your goods, we will issue your refund normally within 5 days.
