DAMAGES & RETURNS
We always try our best to ensure your goods get to you in excellent condition. However, in the rare event that your goods have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 10 days of receiving your goods. If 10 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To contact us for damaged goods, please send an email to email@example.com, including your order ID or your name and delivery address and a photo of the damaged items. Our team member will make arrangements to remedy the situation with lightning speed.

UNWANTED & RETURNS
If you change your mind and no longer want the product (which has received in good conditions), you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us before you can return the product. Please send an email to email@example.com, including your order ID or your name and delivery address, our customer support team will give you a return ID and an easy-to-follow instruction on how to send a return package.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods being returned to us and you should ensure returns are packed securely and you retain proof of posting until you have a refund and the matter is closed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in this case. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
