1. Before playing sports, exercising or doing work-outs, apply a small amount of the ointment to muscles and joints and massage in well. It can help in getting the body ready for the activity ahead and preventing cramps and spasms.

2. To wind down after activity or a hard day at work, apply a small amount of the ointment to affected areas and massage in well. It can help in relieving tensions and tired muscles, providing relaxation and giving the body a little more life.

3. To help recover from being over-used, apply a sufficient amount of ointment to affected areas before bedtime. Cover the area with plaster, bandage, or cloth and leave it on until the next morning. Take off the cover and wipe off, or massage in the remaining ointment.
